Writing is a time consuming endeavor.

Often leaders and imaginative persons put off this process due to the time commitment, or fear of the skill needed. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

There are 3 possible paths

  • The "do it yourself" person

This path is for the person who maybe needs a little coaching, stumbles with a little writers block.

Or has a huge amount of written material already but is having some doubts about how to proceed.

This path is a coaching/formatting path. Cost is more time based, where Handprint will review the available content and suggest a path forward. Number of coaching sessions depends on the intricate nature of the project.

Commonly use the Writing Consultation pricing under the Services button. Number of meetings is dependant on the project. A free consultation call will help determine a path forward.

  • The "content is in my head" Path

This path is where the person has a desire to write book, has the information in their head, and wants to complete /share their book and thoughts with others.

This style is a bit more time consuming as HandPrint needs to pull information out of the clients head through interviews and then perform the writing. This is the most common path I see recently.

Usually the process looks something like this:

    Schedule the free call.

Workout a plan and cost estimate.

Plan around 5 meetings (1 hour long each) and then some writing time gets planned.

Back and forth review to be sure HandPrint has the writer voice nailed down.

Schedule any remaining meeting and writing time.

Finish manuscript for client to send out to publish.

  • Ghost Write the whole this Path

This path is for sure an option for the busy individual. This is also the most time consuming due to the amount of research on topics that need to be done.

Great way to save yourself time by handing off the whole project. Time requirements and cost are variables due to the complexity of the project.
